Any electronic item is subjected to a 20% restocking fee and is allowed a return period of 1 week from the date of purchase. Any dry goods that have no form of personal use and our still in the original packaging may be returned with 2 weeks from the purchase date.

Technology Repair Store wants your purchase to be a 5 star experience. If you feel for any reason that your purchasing experience was less than perfect, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know how can we service your needs better.
Products may be returned with 2 weeks of purchase from the date of sale. There will be no return on products that have been used. All products must be in original packaging with all original accessories in order to qualify for a refund, replacement or upgrade. All qualifying returns are subjected to 20% restocking fee.
Each and every serial number are recorded to insure all returns are originally purchased from Technology Repair Store.
Privacy & Security –
I understand that Technology Repair Store will not browse through any personal, private or confidential information or data; however, technicians may inadvertently see data during the course of their work. Upon return restocking fee covers data deletion and factory restore of device.
I understand that any confidential or user data should be removed from the device prior to repair work performed on the device.
I understand that Technology Repair Store (TRS) is not responsible for warranties from manufactures.
Technology Repair Store and its affiliates do not assume any liability or warranty in the event that the manufacturer warranties are voided but may, at its sole discretion, offer its own warranty on the parts and/or services performed.
Products such as cellphones, tablets and computers along with premium accessories ($75 or more) are covered by Technology Repair Store (TRS) for a period of 4 Weeks from the date of purchase including a service credit of $75.00 towards a non user based organic product issue. Please inspect product before purchase. Clear all questions before buying any items. Our team members are more than happy to help.
